Confirmed, No Multiplayer for Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (Single Player Campaigns Only)
When I first heard about Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, I was soo happy and excited. But after watching the announcement trailer, my mind does what it usually does and started mulling over what I'd just seen/heard/read and soon after that, the questions started popping up. One of the first things that I thought about was "I wonder what the multiplayer will be like?", followed by the next question, "There will be multiplayer...right?", so I started to do a little digging...
Pre-Order Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for Access to the UC4 Multiplayer Beta (and Other Bonuses)
Exactly what the post title says. If you're still pondering whether or not to get Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, it was revealed in the trailer that if you pre-ordered, you'd get access to the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End multiplayer beta. There are a few other pre-order bonuses for the collection itself but it's mostly cosmetic stuff, some new character/weapon skins and a desktop theme.
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection - Officially Announced [Trailer Inside]
Many people called this, myself included but to be honest it was practically a safe bet to assume, that there would be a remastered version of the current Uncharted titles for the PS4. If you've never played any of the Uncharted titles before or if you've defected from team Xbox, then now is a great time to complete (imo) one of the best game series ever released!

Journey To Platinum - Call of Duty: Ghosts [Part 2 ~ Multiplayer Trophies]
All but one of the multiplayer trophies in Ghosts is based around playing the default Extinction map, the other trophy requires you to play Safeguard. I call them multiplayer trophies but you can in fact, complete some of them in solo matches, so if that’s easier for you to do, then go for it. Extinction mode actually scales with the number of players in the match, so it might be better to play solo, instead of struggling with public players who can’t take care of themselves. I managed to complete all the multiplayer trophies when Ghosts first launched but with all the patches and updates to Extinction mode, I think it’s actually a fair bit easier now. On the whole, I’d say these multiplayer trophies aren’t too bad, there’s a couple annoying ones that require you to go out of your way but nothing outrageously unreasonable. Despite there being more SP trophies, I reckon you’ll be spending a little bit longer working on the MP ones because Extinction matches can take a bit of time to complete and you’ve got to do it several times.
------------------
No Man Left - Escape with all four players in Regular or Hardcore difficulty.
Exactly what it says on the tin, you need to start with a full lobby and everyone has to be on the chopper before it takes off. I managed to get this done a couple weeks after Ghosts first came out, when lots of people were still getting to grips with Extinction, I’m not sure how populated the servers are these days but there should still be enough people playing.
Journey To Platinum - Call of Duty: Ghosts [Part 1 ~ Single Player Trophies]
For some reason this year I’ve been cleaning up my Call of Duty trophies, as of writing this article, Ghosts will actually be the third CoD I’ve plat’d within a year :O I always complete the single player trophies in the year of launch but never really work on the multiplayer ones until later. Last year I finally got my platinum for Modern Warfare 2 by completing the remaining Spec Ops missions, then over the last couple months, I decided to go back and work on Ghosts and Black Ops. I have a feeling before the end of the year, I’ll be adding MW3 to my list as well XD Anyway, why is this all relevant? Well, to be honest it isn’t really (lol) but what I will say is, I think that Ghosts is probably one of the more fun platinum’s to earn and also, possibly one of the easier ones to, at least where single player trophies are concerned. The multiplayer trophies are still fairly taxing to earn but not anywhere near as hard as the ones in previous CoD games.

Ghost Stories - Escape. (Complete "Ghost Stories" on any difficulty.)
Spatial Awareness - Kill your first enemy in the Call of Duty® Ghosts campaign.
Brave New World - Rendez-vous in Fort Santa Monica. (Complete "Brave New World" on any difficulty.)
Part of the story, so can’t be missed, just follow the games direction.

Trailer Analysis - Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 - Official Campaign Reveal
Earlier in the week the 2015 Call of Duty title was officially announced and to probably no-ones surprise, it was confirmed to be Black Ops 3 and is being produced by Treyarch. Anyone who's visited this blog before and/or watched some of my videos will already know that I am a pretty big fan of CoD (well, until the last two titles anyway), so this was always going to be a trailer analysis that I look forward to doing.
What did you think of the reveal trailer? Let me know below :)

Journey To Platinum - Call of Duty: Black Ops [Part 2 ~ Multiplayer Trophies]
Here is the second part of my Journey To Platinum for Black Ops, in this article I'll be covering the multiplayer trophies. As mentioned in the single player trophy article, despite there being fewer MP trophies than SP ones, you could be spending much longer on them. There are two reasons why this is case, firstly how quickly you complete these MP trophies will depend on your personal skill level and secondly, for some of the later trophies there is an element of luck involved, which is completely out of your control. The MP trophies are split into two categories, online competitive multiplayer and the Zombies game mode, so if you're not confident playing either, then these trophies might cause you some problems. Fortunately for me, I enjoy both game modes, so I was prepared to stick it out, even when lady luck wasn't on my side.
Multiplayer Trophy Guide
Date Night - Watch a film or clip with a friend.
A very simple trophy but one that requires assistance from another person on your friend list. All you need to do is go to the theatre lobby and load up a gameplay or clip, I picked one from my own archive but I assume it’ll work with one of theirs as well. The trophy should pop not long after the match/clip begins to play out. If you don’t have anyone on your list that also owns Black Ops, you can try adding people you meet playing online. As a matter of fact, there are some Zombie trophies further down that will be much easier to complete by playing with people you know, so perhaps they’ll be interested in completing those as well.
Journey To Platinum - Call of Duty: Black Ops [Part 1 ~ Single Player Trophies]
I'll be honest, when I first played the campaign for Black Ops, I found it pretty boring. I don't know if it was because the plotline just didn't interest me or if it was because the previous CoD title was Modern Warfare 2, which was pretty high octane. As you'll know by now, I always read the trophy list after completing a game, just to see what the demands are for the platinum trophy and even though I thought Black Ops was doable, I just didn't have the will power to go for it at the time. Fast forward a few years and I'm in the mood to clean up my virtual trophy cabinet, so I figure it was time to finally put this trophy list to bed. As I mentioned, I didn't think the trophy list would be too demanding and having now earned my platinum trophy, I think that was a fair initial assessment. There are more single player trophies than there are multiplayer trophies but depending on how lucky you get, the multiplayer trophies could end up taking you longer to complete [I'll explain more in that article].
Single Player Trophy Guide
Death to Dictators - Take down Castro with a headshot.
I would’ve thought that everyone will do this during the mission; I mean after all there’s really no reason why you shouldn’t go for the headshot. It’s a slow-motion room breach and the best shot to take, is the one where you place a bullet in between his eyes. If you fail to get it first time, just come back after and try again using mission select.

Trailer Analysis - Uncharted 4: A Thief's End - Gameplay Demo PlayStation Experience 2014
Following on from last weeks Trailer Analysis of the Uncharted 4 teaser/reveal trailer, this week I've covered the exteneded gameplay demo, that was shown at the PlayStation Experience towards the end of 2014. As far as I know the footage is captured from a PS4 and the content is likely to have been taken directly from the campaign, so those adverse to spoilers, approach with caution.
