AcornVision Official Blog: Journey To Platinum

This section of the blog is where you'll find all my articles documenting my path to achieving the platinum trophy for a certain game. I created the Journey To Platinum series as a way to discuss my progress towards earning the platinum but at the same time, using it to share the things that I've learnt while completing individual trophies i.e. tips, tricks and tactics etc. Generally I complete my trophies in three stages:- randomly during my first play through, targeted during my second play through and clean up, often through the use of mission select or free roam mode.

Trophies earned naturally during my first play through are usually story related and can't be missed, the chances are you'll do it the same way, so these won't need to be covered in any great detail. Most targeted trophies are simple enough to earn once you know what it is you're supposed to do but sometimes they will require a bit of effort and pre-planning. Clean up trophies are often the most annoying and as their name suggests, will often be the final trophies you need before unlocking the platinum, these along with targeted trophies, will therefore form the bulk of my discussions.

Warning: All the Journey To Platinum articles will contain specific details regarding trophies i.e. titles, descriptions and how I completed them, this means there will be major SPOILERS, so if you've yet to play the game I write about, you read at your own risk!
