Above is my own personal method for how to farm money (coins) in Plants vs. Zombies, I've reached a stage now where I don't need to collect the coins anymore but back in the day this was one tactic that I used, when I needed to make a few thousand in a hurry (relatively speaking). Probably one of dozens of different methods that would work but I think mine is one of the more straight forward and reliable strategies. It's also worth mentioning that you can also use the tutorial for completing 'Last Stand' (below), to farm money (coins) but it's up to you whether you think it's more effective than this tactic.
